Ah, fees. They are everywhere. Seems like everything you buy includes some type of fee. We are talking today all about the fees you'll run into during the wedding planning process. We've done our homework and come up with a list of all the fees that are typically included when hiring your vendors and venue.
Venue Fees
- Tax and service charges that's all vendors
- Valet charge
- Coat check
Caterers
- Delivery and set up
- Break down and clean up
- Cake cutting
- Extra – vendor meals
Bartending
- Delivery and set up
- Break down and clean up
- Corkage
DJ and Bands
- Equipment fees (extra large) extra speakers and such
- Map-for space and what's required to produce the best sound
- Delivery and set up
- Break down and clean up
Photographer/videographer
- Over time cost – can be costly
- Albums and print items will be extra.
Floral
- Delivery and set up- designer and assistant designer can be fees that appear on the invoice for setup and breakdown.
- Labor
Baker
- Delivery and set up
- Cake cutting fee if you want the baker to stay and cut.
Rental Co
- Transportation fee
- Delivery and set up
- Break down and clean up
- Dance floor
For the Couple:
Postage
- Alterations and steaming (dress and tux) bridal party too
- Marriage license fee
- Officiant fee, even your own minister if he doesn't charge he would appreciate a tip
- Tips for your all of your vendors
